Good to know
- Blur, pixelate and solid cover can be mixed in one image, because each region keeps its own effect and strength.
- Regions are stored as proportions of the picture, so the result is rendered again at the full source resolution when you download.
- For passwords, API keys and tokens a solid cover is safer than blur, which can sometimes be partially reversed.
Your files stay on your device
This tool decodes and re-encodes images inside your browser using the Canvas API and Web Workers. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no server that could receive your files. Closing the tab discards everything.
